These terms apply to tickets and other purchases made directly through the Onyx Theatre website.

Ticket Purchases
Please confirm the film, location, date and showtime before completing your purchase. Tickets are valid for the screening selected at the time of purchase.

Screenings at the Onyx Theatre on Argall Way are for guests 21 and over. Screenings at Onyx Downtown at the Nevada Theatre do not have this age restriction.

Refunds
Tickets purchased directly through the Onyx Theatre website may be refunded up to one hour before the scheduled showtime.

Online purchasers can request a refund using the REFUND NOW button included in their confirmation email. Eligible tickets may also be refunded in person at the box office during regular hours.

Refunds are not available after the refund deadline or once the scheduled showtime has passed.

We are unable to exchange tickets for another date or time. To make a change, please refund the original tickets within the eligible refund period and purchase tickets for the preferred screening.

Third Party Ticket Purchases
Tickets purchased through Fandango or another third party service are subject to that service's refund and cancellation policies. The Onyx Theatre cannot process refunds for purchases made through Fandango.

Cancelled or Changed Screenings
In the unusual event that the Onyx Theatre cancels a screening, affected ticket holders will be offered an appropriate refund or other resolution.

Website and Ticketing Services
Our website and online ticketing system may include services provided by third parties, including ticketing and payment processing providers. Those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
