Nevada City, CA – March 18, 2024 – Onyx Downtown and Nevada County for Palestine will present a one-night-only screening of From Ground Zero: Stories from Gaza at the historic Nevada Theatre on Tuesday, March 18. Doors open at 6:30 PM, and the program begins at 7:00 PM.

From Executive Producer Michael Moore and Palestine's official Submission for the 2025 Academy Awards, From Ground Zero is a powerful collection of 22 short films by Palestinian filmmakers. The films capture daily life in Gaza following October 7, 2023. Blending animation, documentary, and fiction, these stories offer a deeply personal perspective beyond mainstream media coverage.
